Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.2.19

My KC200 Camers record movement of rain at Night ( when using Night Vision) . How do I stop this please.

I have motion Sensitivity set at 6 and Record Motion that lasts at Least set at 3 sec.

I am recording Video and Audio.

I have adjusted Sensitivity many times but cant find one that works to stop the rain starting a recording.

Has anyone found the setings that work without stoping intruder allerts ?

TIA

@daimlermg

Hello, try to set it up recording video only.

Meanwhile, for the notification, you can custom the time period

Besides, you can have motion sensitivity set at lower level.

Even you can try to use privacy mode by press the camera button on kasa app, but in this way , the camera will not record audio or video, and you will not receive any event notifications.

Good day.
