How do I stop KC200 recording Rain at Night

Model: KC200

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 2.2.19

KC200 Cameras record movement of rain at Night ( when using Night Vision). How do I stop this please.

I have motion Sensitivity set at 6 and Record Motion that lasts at Least set at 3 sec.

I am recording Video and Audio.

I have adjusted Sensitivity many times but cant find one that works to stop the rain starting a recording.

Has anyone found the settings that work without stopping intruder alerts ?

  @abdemiller

Thank you for the feedback, as the camera motion sensor detects the motion compared to the pixel changes, some unwanted alerts can only be reduced as much as possible by adjusted some settings.  Please check some tips here in FAQ here to reduce unwanted detection activities

How to reduce motion detections from rain,snow or insects

  • Set Camera Sensitivity to Low or Lower levels

  • Turn on Person Detection and deactivate the Motion Detection settings temporarily when there is rain

You may also adjust or turn off the notification settings temporarily when there is rain.
