Omada Softrware Controller (issue after upgrade)
Omada Softrware Controller (issue after upgrade)
Hi Guys,
Go easy I have limited knowlage. I have been running the Omada Mesh at my property (5acre) with the 610 and 650 outdoor units (1` is wired rest wireless) and a 620 in the house (wired) alongside the ER706W router. All was running perfectly, all mac address's were named and I was having no issues. Upgraded the devices to the latest firmware and then the Omada software controller asked me to update to 5.15.8.2 which I did.
Now I can see the devices in the site, but they wont adopt. They are working as the internet and wireless network is running (except printer and TP Tapo hub cant be seen on the apps)... I have reset the 650 and 620 and they can be seen (wired them to the router) but wont adopt and operate in the mesh.
I have reset the firewall on the omada software controller incase there was an issue there, but still nothing is working.
I know something is wrong (setting I believe) but no idea what or why its failing.
Any help would be appreciated... I know I am a new person to this, but I have a fair amount of computer knowlage, but very little on Omada Mesh.
Thanks!!

I cant ping the EAP'S (from cmd prompt)...
The IP of the EAP and y laptop (running software controller) are the same subnets...
Mcafee firewall and virus protection are off...
I dont run VM... its a windows laptop running Omada V5 software controller.
I will go through the link you provided and see what I can sort... pulling my hair out LOL

Hi, seems like you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps on this PC.
Is it possible to install the Omada SDN controller on a different PC, and check if this issue persists?
