Hi, I was using my C225 with ASUS RT-AX88U and H200 before, after one day network issue, C225 need to reset and reconnect with network again, this time I always failed on pairing step even wifi connect successfully on 2.5G WIFI. I have two C225 and both failed to pair. All devices firmware already latest and they connected and paired before, it failed even I put next to router and H200, may I know how to pair the network successfully please? I do it throught mobile IOS Tapo app and all devices including phone under the same 2.5G network.  Please help. Thanks

  @Solla-topee Eventually factory reset including the router and they able to pair again. Thanks

Hi,
You can check if the following tips help.
    1. Reboot your router and wait for a moment until it's working.
    2. Make sure the 2.4G Wi-Fi name on the router is different from the 5G, and disable the Antivirus, Firewall rules, MAC Filtering, etc., on the router for a try.
    3. Factory reset the camera and reconfigure it.
    4. If the problem remains, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it on another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera will work.
