Firmware Version: 1.5.6

ImagI tried to reset today but still problem persist. 
 

The power on stats are working fine, just that the power stats aren't.

Check whether the smart plug's cloud connection is normal, if it can be remotely controlled (e.g. control smart plug when the phone use cellular data.) If the device is offline in the cloud, the energy data will not be uploaded.

the smart plug's cloud connection is normal. 

remotely controlled is ok

device is online in the cloud

the signal strength is  -43dBm

 

but I still have current energy problems.

Runtime is OK

Upon checking, this smart plug is offline from cloud. Please double-check whether it can be controlled remotely in the Kasa app. 

 

Connect phone to local wifi network, check whether the energy data is available in the local network.
