Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.0.4

My Kasa HS110 is no longer showing energy consumption. Runtime still working but all stays on energy consumption show 0.00. Tried factory reset but no change. App and plug up to date. Hardware 4.1 Firmware 1.0.4. Can you advise how to resolve?

Seems that the inside energy chip become faulty on the plug. You should get it replaced.

Is you timezone in the app the same as your actual location and phone setting? I've found that setting these different results in a zero energy reading.
