I wired the HS220 according to the diagram as instructed. With the line on the lower (black) screw and the load on the upper copper one. Tested with voltage pen to confirm the line had power. When I turn the lower back on, the wifi light doesn't turn on, pressing the switch does nothing, holding the reset switch does nothing.

I've included a picture of my wiring setup and the voltage pen reading. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
