I've installed an HS220 in a single pole configuration.

Live wire connected to live. Load to the light. Neutral to neutral and ground to ground.

The switch is not powering on. My multimeter shows power in the wire/screw where the Live is. 

Any ideas?

This switch used to be in another location in the house where it was (incorrectly) hooked up to one end of a 3-way setup. When I realized that was incorrectly there, I removed it and put a 3way Kasa kit on both ends of that circuit (that area works fine).

Did accidentally hooking this up in the 3-way circuit break the this single pole switch? Or is there something I'm missing.
