HS220 Not powering on

HS220 Not powering on
Hopefully there's something I'm just overlooking, but the installation seems to be pretty straight forward. No power indicating lights appear when I turn the breaker on, nor when I hold the reset button. Everything seems to be wired correctly, and I've tightened and checked all connections several times with no luck.
Any suggestions?
