NC450 Recording Playback Now Missing
The ability to find and playback recordings stored on my SD card via iPhone/iPad app has disappeared! I've power cycled my cameras and checked the SD cards---no luck. Help please!

Powered off cameras. Removed SD cards. Powered on cameras. Inserted SD cards. Problem solved! Thanks!
Any idea why this affected more than one camera at the same time?

Problem has re-appeared, either on reboot or when the card filled up again. Please advise.

Honestly no, since the NC line of cameras are end of life we haven't had much exposure to them here. We would need more details about the cards and the camera. One thing you can try is to update the frimware to the latest one for US version of the camera which is located here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/tl-nc450/v2/

I am alreaady running the latest firmward. On the advice of your support team, I have changed to newly formatted SD cards and am waiting to see what happens when the fill up.
How are cameras I purchased new only two years ago already "end of life?"
