Connectivity with NC450

Need some advice here. I have a NC450 which I had configured to work with my home setup. Initially, due to my ISP given IP not being public, I was not able to view the feed outside of the home wifi network. That was solved with the implementation of a static IP
The main problem now is that I am facing issues connecting to the camera setting menu via the PC installed TP Link Camera Control application. I am not able to pan and access the web page setup menu after enabling port forwarding. What confuses me is that I am able to access the same function both under wifi and 4G using my Android Camera Control app. Any solutions? Thanks.
