So I have been having issues with the fan switches I currently have two. They will work when I have them programmed to commands with Alexa but the Kasa app I can not control them. They aren't showing red or any problems other than that before I did have the red light problem but resetting them helped but now I'm having a whole different p

When you configured your KS240s did you do so within the Tapo or Kasa app?
What frimware are you running on the switches?
What app version are you on?
What OS is your phone?
