I recently bought two of these from Amazon, brand new.

Setup was seamless—they connected perfectly and updated their firmware without any issues. Everything worked great for the first two days.

Yesterday morning, I noticed both plugs were off. I turned them on manually, but the Wi-Fi symbols on both units started flashing orange and green.

Currently, one unit is in my backyard, and the other is inside the house. Unfortunately, both have gone offline for no apparent reason.

There haven’t been any power surges or outages, and my internet is stable—running Gb fiber with 455 Mbps upload and 725 Mbps download, which is more than enough to support these on 2.4GHz.

Has anyone else experienced their plugs resetting like this?
