My two Tapo C425 cameras work very well during the day and detect people outside my house flawlessly. At night, however, they do not detect people. I looked at all the settings and I don't understand why they work in daytime and not at night. Live View is on, infrared works, I can see everything in Live View. I have this problem with both cameras, which I installed at different times.

@Toyon1 I have this exact same problem. Tried all the settings recommended although the only night settings are Infrared or Spotlight. I do not want a spotlight to come on so have selected infrared.
Anyone else with this issue? I have a C402 that works perfectly..
