Model: Archer AX4400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

Basically, the router can't assign IP addresses over the main WIFI, but can do it over the guest wifi as well as ethernet. I'm wondering what sort of configuration issue there might be. I tried disabling security on the main wifi signals but that did not work.

I appreciate the help.

  @Buttmuscles

Hi, please try disabling Smart Connect on Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page, then set different names for the main 2.4G and 5G WiFi to see if it helps.

If the problem still exists, please also try changing WiFi channel and channel width on the same page.
