Bought AX4400 Dual Band 6-Stream Wi-Fi 6 Router, connected to Motorola Surfboard SB6141, went through boot-up for both, connected my phone Motorola Edge 5G UW (2021), typed in password, connected to internet, but my wife's phone Google Pixel 2 XL and our Roku 4670X continually cannot connect, but getting an error message "password not successful, try again" again and again, but same password works on my phone.

PS: cannot locate firmware number.
