HS-103 will not sync to my time zone
One of my smart plugs will not sync to my time zone. If you are having this problem return the plug to the vendor as T-P Link apparently does not have a solution for this problem.

Well that's not exactly true. Though this is the frist time my local team is being made aware of this particular concern, at least to my knowledge. Do you have any case or ticket numbers that we can review?

I spent over one-half hour chatting with your tech support staff and their solution was to open a second account just for this one smart plug. I don't find this to be an acceptable solution.

i would be happy to provide the chat id if you would tell me how to retrieve it. I have 12 HS-103 units synced to America/ Denver that are working properly.
Another unit is synced to America/Dawson which is one hour behind ( I live in the Denver area). I have tried to reset this device but it always defaults to America/Dawson. After exhausting all efforts, I chatted with tech support for which I have no record.

I can attempt a manual look up if you know the date you spoke with them and how you put your name in the chat.
