T6E and T9E have chips with drivers that are (as of now) no longer updated by their manufacturer. They will require workarounds and all sorts of things. I recommend getting a T4-family adapter...

You have to boot up the computer, then hold shift and click reboot in the start menu. Genius, Microsoft! If you can't use your mouse, you can still navigate the UI with the windows key and arrow keys.
