@geoB I hear ya. I figured if this new official firmware turns out to be problematic I could revert to the beta, which worked with no problems for many hours.

@geoB On my AX1800 V1.26 the firmware 1.3.5 Build 20211231 rel.64080(5553) is running fine so far today. Just downloaded it a couple of hours ago.

@Dbam99 The tier one agents were useless. They had me changing wifi settings, stuff that had nothing to do with the wan connection to the modem. A tier two agent had me changing the DNS settings......

@Kevin_Z I recently received an RMA replacement of an AX1800 V1.26 that had the dropped Internet problem. The connection between the modem and the router would drop and a green light on the router...

@Dbam99 Did the beta firmware fix the problem? I had an AX20 for about six months before it started dropping the wan connection to the modem. TP-Link sent an RMA and it does the same thing.
