I purchased and installed a 3-pack Deco XE75 mesh system in our 3200 sf home over a year ago.  It has performed extremely well and we are very pleased with the results.  While the signal does go outside the home around 30-40 feet, I have two outdoor structures to which I would like to extend the signal.  The first structure is approximately 100 feet away from the home and the second is approximately 200 feet away from the home.

The home was constructed within the past 10 years and has a brick facade.  The first outdoor structure is a simple wood frame with corrugated metal siding.  The second outdoor structure is an open-aired metal building frame (only a roof at this time but will likely be enclosed with corrugated metal siding and insulation in the future).  I have attached a google earth image for clarity.

Each structure has power.  The first structure is fed from a 100A circuit in the home's breaker box.  The second structure is fed from a continuation of that circuit (from the first structure to the second).  I could daisy chain from the house to the first structure and then to the second. I would also like to have signal to the end of the driveway if also possible.

What is the most reasonable solution to achieving stable signal in all of the locations, preferrably something I could purchase and install myself.  Thank you.

I am thinking about those options:

  1. installing Ethernet cables
  2. using Deco such as the PX50, inside each building, capable of using the power network to communicate to another PX50
  3. installing Deco X50-Outdoor outside each building, having those devices communicate via wireless, assuming there are no obstacles.  In each building, those devices would be connected to one or several Deco, to provide wifi inside the building.  Those outdoor Deco will also provide wifi coverage around the buildings

You could perhaps test solution 3 by positioning one of your Deco outside your home, at a window, and checking how far the wifi signal goes.

There are also specific devices transmitting the wifi signal on longer distances.
