Hi,

I have an AXE300 router and an RE815XE extender. They work well together and I'm getting good speeds and coverage.

However, I have a couple 2.4Ghz IoT devices that are on the far end of the house and struggle with maintaining connectivity.

I was thinking about adding a second extender that will primarily work to support the 2.4Ghz IoT devices.

If I were to add an extender such as the RE215 OneMesh extender, is that going to impact the other frequencies? I noticed my RE815XE has the ability to turn off certain networks. Perhaps the RE215 can also disable 5Ghz?

Any other suggestions besides buying another RE815XE? I only need the 2.4Ghz support.

Thanks!

Anthony
