Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.3

I currently have a Mesh network with five X20's. One of the X20's is the Main, connected by Ethernet to Xfinity router. Need to extend network for better coverage so I bought three AX5000's from Costco. My question is how best to incorporate the new 5000's? Should I replace the X20 Main with an AX5000? If so doing, will there be any benefits in

speed, stability, channel selection, or 2.4 vs 5 choice? Any advantage of tossing the old X20's and replacing with all AX5000?

Thanks for any advice!

@HalZ Definitely consider replacing the X20 connected to the modem with the AX5000.  It depends on coverage.  My strategy would be to simply replace three of the X20s with the AX5000s (preferably those which get the most clients), then place the X20s to improve coverage as needed.
