I am at a loss and this is the reason I am

posting here.

About 24 hours ago we had a very strong power surge from lightning. The Wi-Fi has not worked since. I did some basic trouble shooting last night but couldn't get anywhere.

Spoke with my modem provider, isp provider, and tp link. Each call took over 90 mins with no resolution.

essentially my modem is connecting to internet but I am unable to get the router to connect devices. I can connect my computer directly to the modem and have internet access. However I am unable to connect a router to broadcast a signal.

I bought a new modem and router and the same issue persists. I have changed coaxials and ethernets numerous times. I have hard reset and disconnected multiple times. I have added the dns manually to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I have turned of dchp. I cloned the MAC address from my computer to the router.

nothing has worked and I am beyond frustrated. Everything in my home works on wifi and I need to watch the baby through the monitor which is wifi. Please let me know if there is any router setting that might have gone bizerk from a lightning strike. I am willing to try anything
