Hey guys,

 

trying to connect ax11000 at new house.
 

when I plug it in and try to set up, my phone will connect to the router with same details as last place, but the led light stays on solid red not connecting to the internet. Does any one know what I'm doing wrong?

Check your WAN IP address and if zero see the post that is in the first five on IP address is zero.

@ArcherC8 how do I check the IP address man? Do I need to go on to the tether page on my laptop?

Connect a PC direct to the router and sign on to the router. Look at IP settings of the LAN settings. If zero, you need to follow that procedure 'new router not obtaining IP'.
