if it were me I would install each firmware update in order and test between each update. One may have a change you do not want or causes you an issue. Also that is the way most have installed the updates.

Unfortunately, I have already updated to the latest version. But I have a question whether you can return the older soft or not?

Generally, you can go to a previous version of the firmware. I did so on my Archer C8.

Some things to keep in mind.

• Some versions do not allow you to go back. The notes on the firmware changes most times will tell you when that is not possible. We have seen at least one router where the notes did not indicate it.
• The process is a bit different as you need to load the firmware on to a computer and load it from there. Process may vary a bit by models. Support can help you.
• You can only use the firmware for the country code that is on your router.
• You can use only the firmware for your specific model and version.
