On my prior C54 I was getting ~90 mbps download / ~20 mbps upload with idle/download/upload pings averaging 50-60ms. This is on spectrum through their modem. When I realized the C54 was bottlenecking the bandwidth through the ethernet line to 100 mbps, I upgraded to the AX1500. I can now tap into the upper download speeds of 400+ mbps but I noticed when I did this, on my iPhone 12 and Lenovo work laptop, my download ping is now 50-900 ms? Idle and upload pings are still good below 70ms. I attached a before and after speed test result C54 vs AX1500 below. I only installed the router, updated the firmware and made no other changes. I am also now having stuttering during video calls. Is there a way to troubleshoot this and lower the latency?
