Getting "poor internet" error on the router webpage. This is a new one for me. Release/renew or reboot seems to solve issue, which will then randomly come back. Have tried setting DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.8.4 as advised by Xfinity and also keeping it in auto from ISP. Neither seems to resolve the issue.
Modem is Arris SB8200
Would appreciate any advice!

Since you have a cable modem, log into the Arris device, and look at the system logs. If you see critical 3 or 4 errors, that might explain the internet drops. The errors indicate your internet signal is not stable.
