Is this a replacement for another outer or a new setup?

What is you basic setup such as is it being used as a router or an Access Point?

What modem do you have and what lights are on?

Have you tried bypassing the router and connect a PC direct to the modem and what results do you get?

Are you using the power adapter that came with the router?

Have you power cycled the modem, router and PC?

Are you using good Ethernet cables?

What lights are on the router and what color?

Can you sign on to the user interface of the router?

Are you getting a WAN IP address?

What other steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
