Archer C3150 V2 - Unable to view System Log or Statistics & unable to run speed test

I recently installed a C3150 V2 (paired with a Netgear CM1000). When clicking on either System Log or Statistics under the System Tools section in the advanced tab of the firmware, the page never resolves... it's just blank.
Also, when attempting to use the speed test within the firmware, the result is always "Well, you're offline. Check your internet connections, get back online, and retest your speed.", even when I'm actually connected with multiple devices.
Has anyone else experienced these issues?
