I'm trying to get port forwarding working on my C3150, I've successfully forwarded the ports and reserved a static local IP for the machine the server is running on. I'm also able to connect to the server on the same network using private IP, but not able to connect to it from outside the network or internally by using the public IP (hairpinning issue.) My modem is a Netgear CM700, so it's not a bridging issue. I'm stumped on what the issue is, any ideas? Here are the virtual server settings:

Could this be ISP related and how could I confirm?

I've also included the system routing table, in case that's helpful. The inked out parts are identical and similar to my public IP, though the last digits are different.
