Hello,
I have a TL-WR841N hardware version 9. I just updated my firmware to 3.16.9 Build 150401 Rel.58806n.

I want to create a 2nd network that my kids will use, and I can just turn off that network at night, so I know they are not watching netflix in bed.

I read the manual and it has a section on Guest Network. Seems like that would be perfect. I could disable and enable it when I want. However, when I log on to the router, there is no section for Guest Network.
For some reason the manual says there should be, but it's not there.

Can someone tell me why its not there for my router?
or..
how can i accomplish what I'm trying to do, other than using the Guest Network feature, which I guess I don't have.

I simply want to have a separate login for some users, and I want to be able to turn on and off their access. It doesn't have to be at the user level. just having two networks,
with two different logins, that I can turn one network on and off.

Thanks!
