Xe75 deco. 
 

currently I have 4 deco xe75s throughout the house. I have 1 unit connected directly to the modem. When I try to plug in a Ethernet cable into one of the ports on the other decos (not connected to modem) there is no internet. The WiFi works fine on all the units.

Hi, Has this Ethernet device been configured with a static IP address before?

Please also go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPTV/VLAN to make sure the IPTV VLAN is disabled.

i have same problem - IPTV/VLAN is disabled in App

 

of the 2 wired connections one works and theother gives UNIDENTIFIED NETWWORK

 

WIFI is OK

other port is fine

ports on DECO 3 is OK 

 

3 DECO XE75 config

 

 

rebooted - changed cables = NO LUCK

yes it's disabled and tried replacing the cables with new ones. 
 

yes the device has been configured with a static IP.

Is the Deco running in Router or AP mode? If the former, is the static IP in the range of IP addresses in the Deco LAN? Did you test with this device configured with a dynamic IP on the Ethernet port?
