Firmware Version: factory new

Hello every one!

I just purchased a Cpe210 all factory got on line and set some passwords then forgot them.

Long story short, I did the factory reset and now only the green power light is lit.

Checked the forums and think its in recovery mode. I waited several minutes and did a 2 second reset but no change. What did I do wrong?

Please help me!!! btw I dont know what version the hdw is, only that its brand new.

Wire your computer directly to the CPE, and assign a static IP to the computer such as:

IP: 192.168.0.10

Subnet: 255.255.255.0

Once connected to the CPE, open your browser and try the IP of 192.168.0.254

If you are not able to connect, try pinging the CPE.

Open your command prompt and type:

ping 192.168.0.254

If you get no replies, then something may be wrong with the CPE.
