I need to reset my factory settings because I am not locked out of my account. I have a weak security on my router and Im try to reset the router name and password. Once Ive reset to Factory Setttings what are the next steps?

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

 

Once resetting the router to factory default settings, you will need to reconfigure it from scratch. In that case, I would suggest you write down the current internet and wireless settings on a piece of paper just in case you are not sure about those settings.

 

You can refer to this FAQ to reset the router, and follow this one to check the settings to get back online.
