My cousin has this but seemed to forget email. I wanna turn off the guest wifi because whoever set this up left guest on without password. If I do factory reset will I be able to use another email address?

@Lcb After a reset, the Deco will be available to join a new or an existing network, it will not be linked to the previous email address.
