The customer service at tapo is shocking?all I need is help as to why it's not setting up properly?

I am having trouble with everything about this camera I would appreciate some help ? I have tried several times to contact customer support to no avail?

I will write separately about my disappointment at just about every aspect of the D210 doorbell. BUT... This is a question for other owners of this (or similar) doorbells re Tapo's installation advice

OK I have been trying to get technical support as my new tapo video doorbell is not working properly?I would appreciate it if some one can phone me this is my last chance ?
