There is only 2 options "smart functions" Start when its over 26 C Start when humidity is under 30% I want to trigger a smart plug when its UNDER 10 C But i cant find out how ???

Does it say anywhere that you need a hub to connect it to ? And if i have 2 T310 in 2 different houses, do I need 2 hubs ?
