@Daniloop Yes, your controller is not compatible with the EAP. Do you have any other access point? If not, this issue will be resolved after upgrading your controller to the latest version, v5.

@mskarl Hi, Are you sure that your gateway from the provider support the NAT loopback? You can try to directly plug in that device and check if the DDNS is functioning properly.
