@BP-uk This solution worked about a month or so ago for me, but I just tried to install the utility on another computer and there now doesn't seem to be any utilities available for Windows 10.

I went through support and I down loaded a log file with their assistance. Turns out mine was faulty. Sounds like you should contact support.

It looks like it must be a faulty unit or that something has gone wrong once the firmware was updated. I did a factory reset and the problem remains the same.
