Yea sounds like a hardware issue to me. Might need to replace it. I believe TPLink offers a 1 year warranty. Ryan

Can you verify things are wired correctly? I've seen some strange things that have to do with the load and traveler wires. You are using this HS210 on a 3way switch right ? Ryan
