I have a weird issue with my HS210 basically if I turn it on with the switch I can’t turn it off with the app. Same the other way around, if I turn it on with the app I can’t turn it off with the switch.

 

so basically once on one way I have to turn it off the same way.

 

anyone experienced this?

Can you verify things are wired correctly?  I've seen some strange things that have to do with the load and traveler wires.  You are using this HS210 on a 3way switch right ?

From the current situation, it seems that there is something wrong about the physical installation.
