Leave other settings in default and just configure what I said to try. Don't tell me that your ISP doesn't give you username and password...lol

@tamts1 You can back up your configuration first. After upgrade and reset your W9980, you can upload the config file. Everything (!) ping, ftp and remote configuration works locally with the public...
