Rebooted my router and waited more than 5 minutes if the orange steady light will change to green or if any changes will happen but none. So, as a last resort, I reset the (2) Cameras and setup again...

C200C Tapo Camera turns steady orange after Power outage and will not connect to WiFi unless reset to factory settings.
