@Solla-topee That's a pretty basic feature that should be available in the device. Pretty poor implementation, if you ask me. Why else would you even purchase a wired doorbell?

@Solla-topee I'm not asking about a 3rd party smart chime. It's the analog hime in the house that provided the wires for the TP doorbell.

@Solla-topee , I just received my doorbell, it's installed and all of its functions are working properly. However, my house chime which was working with the wired doorbell it replaced isn't ringing....
