no idea how to fix that. but is your router still in the warranty? maybe you can contact tp-link support to see if they can provide you replacement.

823N v2 uses Realtek RTL8192, I think it is the limit from this chipset.

Could this V3 adapter just faulty? You may try only plug V3 pair(only two adapters, no V2 any more), then check if there is any speed issue.

Maybe the device is designed to be such hot lol. Anyway my suggestion is to contact tp-link support and ask if it influence the warranty. A router should be designed to work everyday.
