Hi @saumyab, I'm sorry for bringing bad news but I exchanged some emails with technical support and they tried to fix the issue remotely but didn't manage to. In the end I had to request replacement.

@Wayne-TP No, it doesn't. The leds are all white and the battery level is above 90%. I have also already try and clean the sensors but nothing changed.
