me too have the same problem. nothing to do with no procedure even with the manual firmware reload via sd, the cam seems to be blocked with the 4 ir led on

I have exactly the same issue: after upgrading from 1.3.6 to 1.3.9 it hangs with just the four IR leds fixed turned on. I tried to manually upload firmware from SD even with some old firmware but...
