@Wayne-TP Hi , I re-calibrated all seven of my valves I have 5 Drayton and 2 Flowmaster valves

@Wayne-TP I have now updated to 2.8 and re-calibrated and all seems good, grinding on close has gone 2 of my actuators seem lumpy on opening, so hopefully no damage Thanks to all involved with the fix

@butty so what exactly is going on here Post no 14 is showing as an accepted solution with a star I certainly dont have an accepted solution so do you other guys have an accepted solution?

@Markirl Hi, so i did the same and no grinding when actuator not fitted to valve, good the same, but i think the damage may already be done to the actuator drive as when its trying to press the valve...

@Wayne-TP Hi Wayne, the actuators now make a different crunchy noise when closing after the initial whir-buss that they have made from when first installed, on opening the the the sound is same...
