About a month ago I installed the new firmware without any problems.
Yesterday I found out I could not access the camera via WIFI. Upon checking, lights were flashing. I elected to take the power off and wait 5 mins.
After applying power, the red light on the front started flashing, together with the green one on the back. According to the manual this indicates the device is booting.
After 20 minutes this was still the case and I am not able to access it via WIFI and the cloud.
I elected to connect a CAT5 cable to it and my router does not show a light, indicating the device does not talk to the router. The LED's keep flashing and I can not connect to the device in any way. I have pressed the reset switch for 10 seconds, but there is no response from the device either, the LED's keep flashing.
The manuals do not give much support for my problem either. I am afraid the device is broken after only 9 months of use, but I have small hopes someone can help me out resetting or solving this issue.
Could anyone help me out?
