I have had a TC70 working fine for 2 months, however it is now just stuck in the boot up sequence where it rotates left and right (it's always done this - assume expected behavior?) , it shows as available in the app but wont show the feed and shows an error on the details page. It then starts the boot up process again and this loops indefinitely.

I've now tried removing the device and resetting the camera but every time it turns on it starts rotating. I have managed to get to the reset button in between it stopping rotating and starting but it has no effect. I have also tried holding down reset as I turn on but can't get it to the green flashing light.
